COVID-19 Policy

With the country facing a global pandemic, please be assured that Airis are taking all necessary steps to protect their workforce, clients and general public. Please read our full policy below.

Airis are a responsible organisation and employer, as such we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers.

At this time of global crisis, we need to ensure we maintain and continually review these policies in order to fulfil this commitment, whilst striving to maintain a good service to our customers.

We are complying with all Government advice with the following:

  • All office staff and management are working from home, with only installation staff operating on site;
  • All installation staff travel to and from site in their own vehicles, no reliance on public transport;
  • Regular handwashing and general cleanliness have been highlighted and actively encouraged, this including the 20 second advice from Gov.uk;
  • Social distancing measures are also being followed by all site staff maintaining a 2m minimum distance.

Social distancing measures will also be followed should install staff be required to communicate with customers during their site works/deliveries etc.

Digital thermometers have been issued for temperature checks and any staff member displaying virus like symptoms (new and continuous cough, temperature, loss of taste or smell) will be sent home and advised to follow the Governments guidance i.e. stay at home for seven days, wash hands regularly, all others in the household to isolate for fourteen days etc.

Airis still have the capability to service all potential new customers, with our zero cap ex proposals. We also recognise, that now more than ever, our services will assist businesses to reduce their operating costs and improve their carbon footprint. Therefore, it is important that we are available to assist during these challenging times for many businesses.

Where possible we will utilise electronic means of communication to facilitate these discussions (video conferencing etc) and we will work with all clients to find the most suitable method of communication.

Upon completion of our work on site, all handover documentation will be provided electronically, with customers able to sign digitally and securely.

Any changes to the Government guidance will be monitored and implemented as soon as is practicable. Ensuring we keep our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and customers.
